Larc François was born in Coumarine City, Kalos. Larc is a sailor who uses his Electric-type -- his favorite -- to guide lost ships at sea back to Kalos shores. He's worked with the sailors and his father for decades, helping with Kalos' electrical energy system as an independent electrician.
He's a little reserved, but many of Larc's friends say he is very vivacious and the 'heart of the party' once he comes over the initial bump. He's particularly shy around men more than women however.
Larc's interest in Lualdi stems from simply wanting to investigate the region's unstable time patterns for himself as he too was a non-believer to the otherwise bizarre situation.
